The frequency of the nets is not everywhere the same  and changes from country to country.

So is the net frequency 50 Hz in Jamaica, Barbados, Paraguay and Chile as well as Uruguay 50Hz. 

Bolivia and Haiti have often 60 Hz but also sometimes 50 Hz.

The other states have 60 Hz.
