Axial Fans
- The axial fans are adjustable in the complete voltage range.
- The winding is carried out on IP 44, on request also in IP 54 as well as with isolation for tropical climate.
- The input area covers all conceivable inputs for the promotion of dust-free air and little aggressive, non-reactive gasses or vapours.
- The exact temperature range is gathered from the ending eloquent data sheet in the axial list, however, can be set flatly approximately at a maximum duration temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius.
- The asynchronous motors of Kaiser Ventilatorenbau are especially developed motors for fans. The motors are completely closed into themselves. The external surface of the motors is provided with cooling fins.
- Because the motor is in the stream of air of the fan, a good heat transfer is given just at speed control. Further special mechanical design measures ensure a 100 per cent speed control without the motor being able to overheat themselves.
- The characteristics of the fans show a steady course. The fans can be used in the complete range of the characteristic. The fans are used in all areas in which larger air quantities are promoted e.g.
- - the ventilation and air conditioning engineering
- in the engines, apparatuses and plant construction - in the cold engineering e.g. as equipment fans at heat exchangers.
The synthetic material shovels of the axial fans are produced of a heat-resistant synthetic material with glass fibre reinforcements. Through this a high own stability is achieved so that oscillation noises can appear only in low measure. By the production in the synthetic material injection moulding procedure an ideal wing profile can be reached to achieve an as linear as possible constant air flow by the fan. In connection with the good engine cooling system a high efficiency is therefore reached at the axial fans.
By standard the fans are produced in the type as mount-on fan or as built-in fan.
Equipment fans for the cold engineering are deliverable on inquiry.
